Our work on Antigen Encoding published in Science !
We combine experiments and theory (machine learning, statistical mechanics and information theory) to show in this paper how cytokine dynamics encodes antigen strength in a (simple and) universal way. A fantastic collaboration with the Immunodynamics group led by our colleague and friend Grégoire Altan-Bonnet at the NCI. Congratulations to all, in particular to the co-first authors Sooraj Achar from the Altan-Bonnet group, François Bourassa and Thomas Rademaker from our group !
